Beef Wellington in individual portions, using good fillet steak, topped with herb and brandy pate, with sliced mushrooms and then encased in puff pastry. This is many peoples favourite and they use it again and again. This is a COOK FROM FROZEN product taking about 30 minutes giving you just time enough to prepare some potatoes and peas and have an aperitif.
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this product there must be someone available to accept delivery at the address supplied at the time of delivery. Delivery of orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Food will be packed with dry ice to ensure it remains frozen during transportation. Failure to receive delivery may result in your food defrosting, if your delivery is missed there will be no recompense for any loss.**
